AI Chatbot Trainer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Chatbot Trainer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving chatbot performance by training, testing, and refining conversational responses to ensure accuracy, relevance, and natural language flow. Responsibilities include reviewing chatbot interactions, labeling and categorizing data, creating and refining training prompts, identifying errors or irrelevant responses, and providing structured feedback to improve model performance. The role also involves analyzing conversation patterns, updating training datasets, and collaborating with AI development teams to enhance chatbot quality. Candidates should have strong written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and good analytical thinking abilities. Familiarity with AI tools, machine learning concepts, or natural language processing (NLP) is highly desirable but not required. The ideal applicant should be patient, curious, and capable of working with large volumes of text data while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Previous experience in data annotation, content review, AI training, or linguistic work is an advantage but not mandatory.
