Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of Amazon seller accounts and help optimize store performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth. Responsibilities include managing product listings, optimizing titles, descriptions, and keywords, monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, managing returns and refunds, and coordinating with suppliers when necessary. The role may also involve conducting product research, competitor analysis, PPC campaign support, and preparing sales and performance reports. Candidates should have experience using Amazon Seller Central and a solid understanding of Amazon marketplace policies and best practices. Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar e-commerce software is highly desirable. The ideal applicant should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment. Previous experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, e-commerce assistant, or marketplace specialist is preferred but not mandatory.
