Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers through phone, email, and live chat while ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders and service requests, updating customer records, providing accurate product or service information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and meeting established service quality standards. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency. Experience using CRM systems, help desk software, and customer support platforms is highly desirable. The ideal applicant should be patient, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, technical support, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory, as training and onboarding support may be provided.
