We are urgently hiring 7 Remote Chat Moderators to support our growing West Africa Campaign. As a Chat Moderator, you will monitor live chats, respond to user inquiries, enforce community guidelines, review user-generated content, and ensure conversations remain respectful and engaging. You will assist users with basic account-related questions, identify and report inappropriate content, escalate complex issues to the appropriate team, and maintain accurate records of moderation activities. The ideal candidate has previous experience in chat moderation, customer support, online community management, or content moderation. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Hausa, Yoruba, French, or Swahili is considered an added advantage for supporting users across the West African region. Strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment are essential.
