Community Manager

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Community Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and growing our online communities while fostering meaningful engagement and maintaining a positive brand presence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include managing community discussions, responding to member inquiries, creating engaging content, moderating user-generated content, organizing online events, monitoring feedback, and enforcing community guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and customer support teams, identifying community trends, and preparing engagement and performance reports. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and experience managing online communities across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, or other social media channels. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools is highly desirable. The ideal applicant should be creative, organized, and passionate about building strong online communities. Previous experience in community management, customer engagement, social media management, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
