CRM Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented **CRM Data Entry Specialist** to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer and business information within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. **Responsibilities:** * Enter, update, and maintain customer records in the CRM system. * Verify data accuracy and correct duplicates, errors, or incomplete information. * Import and export data between spreadsheets, databases, and CRM platforms. * Organize contacts, leads, accounts, and sales records. * Perform regular data quality checks to ensure database integrity. * Generate basic CRM reports and assist with data management tasks. * Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to keep records current. * Maintain confidentiality and follow company data management policies. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in CRM data entry, administrative support, or database management. * Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or similar systems. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. * Excellent attention to detail, typing accuracy, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop.
