Facebook Ads Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns that drive leads, sales, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and delivering measurable results. ## Responsibilities * Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. * Develop campaign strategies to increase conversions, leads, and return on ad spend (ROAS). * Conduct audience research and create targeted customer segments. * Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions. * Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copy. * Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize results. * Track key performance indicators and prepare detailed performance reports. * Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and advertising best practices. ## Requirements * Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns. * Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization strategies. * Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. * Knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and analytics tools. * Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance. * Experience managing advertising budgets and maximizing ROI. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience running lead generation, e-commerce, or app installation campaigns. * Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking tools. * Experience with landing page optimization and funnel building. * Meta Blueprint certification is an advantage. ## Project Type * Ongoing project with opportunities for long-term collaboration. ## Experience Level * Intermediate to Expert ## Skills Required * Facebook Ads * Meta Ads Manager * Instagram Advertising * Audience Targeting * Retargeting * Conversion Optimization * Lead Generation * A/B Testing * Meta Pixel * Digital Marketing
