Shopify Virtual Assistant (Remote)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Shopify Virtual Assistant** to support our growing e-commerce operations. In this remote role, you will assist with managing Shopify stores, updating product listings, processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Upload and update products, descriptions, images, and pricing. * Process customer orders, returns, and refunds. * Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat. * Monitor inventory levels and update stock information. * Create product collections and organize store content. * Perform basic website updates and quality checks. * Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and product launches. * Maintain accurate records and reports. **Requirements:** * Experience using the Shopify platform. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent written English communication. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Ability to multitask and work independently. * Reliable internet connection and a personal computer. * Previous e-commerce or virtual assistant experience is an advantage.
