Real Estate ISA & Cold Caller | FSBO, Expired & Absentee Owners (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) & Cold Caller** to generate qualified leads for our real estate team. In this remote role, you will contact **For Sale By Owner (FSBO)**, **Expired Listings**, and **Absentee Property Owners** to identify motivated sellers, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our acquisition or sales team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to FSBO, expired, and absentee owner leads. * Qualify prospects using provided scripts and objection-handling techniques. * Schedule appointments for real estate agents or acquisition managers. * Update lead information and call outcomes in the CRM. * Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture potential opportunities. * Maintain daily call, appointment, and conversion targets. * Communicate professionally and build trust with property owners. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in real estate cold calling or inside sales is preferred. * Excellent English communication and persuasion skills. * Confidence handling objections and negotiating conversations. * Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer software is an advantage. * Self-motivated with strong time management skills. * Reliable high-speed internet connection, computer, and noise-cancelling headset.
