E-commerce Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused **E-commerce Customer Service Representative** to join our remote support team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, order updates, returns, refunds, and general account support across various e-commerce platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. * Assist customers with orders, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, and refunds. * Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive shopping experience. * Process orders and update customer information using CRM and e-commerce systems. * Coordinate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to resolve order-related issues. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company policies. * Meet customer satisfaction, response time, and quality performance targets. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in e-commerce customer service or online retail support. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or similar e-commerce platforms. * Experience using customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce is an advantage. * Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. * Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop.
