Job Opportunity: Interior Designer – 3-Bedroom Residential House Project We are seeking a creative and experienced **Interior Designer** to design the interior of a modern **3-bedroom residential house**. The successful candidate will develop a functional, aesthetically appealing, and comfortable living environment that reflects contemporary design principles while meeting the client's lifestyle and budget requirements. ### Key Responsibilities * Develop a complete interior design concept for a 3-bedroom house. * Prepare space planning and furniture layouts for all rooms. * Select color schemes, materials, finishes, lighting, and décor. * Design the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other interior spaces. * Recommend furniture, fixtures, and accessories that complement the overall design. * Produce mood boards, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations where applicable. * Ensure the design maximizes space, functionality, comfort, and natural lighting. * Prepare a detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) and material specifications. * Work closely with the client and contractors to ensure successful implementation of the design. ### Required Qualifications * Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. * Proven experience in residential interior design projects. * Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar applications. * Strong creativity, communication, and project management skills. * Ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines. ### Deliverables * Interior design concept and mood boards. * 2D floor plans and furniture layouts. * 3D rendered visualizations of key spaces. * Material, color, and finish schedules. * Lighting and ceiling design. * Furniture and décor specifications. * Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and implementation recommendations. ### Project Scope The project involves designing the interiors of a 3-bedroom house, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, bathrooms, circulation spaces, and any other designated interior areas to create a modern, functional, and inviting home.
