Proofreaders Needed – 5 Positions Available

We are seeking 5 detail-oriented Proofreaders to join our remote team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reviewing written content to ensure it is accurate, clear, and free from grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors. Responsibilities include proofreading articles, reports, marketing materials, website content, and other written documents, correcting language and formatting issues, ensuring consistency in tone and style, and verifying overall readability and accuracy. Candidates may also collaborate with writers and editors to improve content quality and maintain editorial standards. The ideal applicant should possess excellent command of grammar, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify and correct errors quickly and accurately. Familiarity with style guides, content editing tools, and word processing software such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs is highly desirable. Previous experience in proofreading, editing, content writing, journalism, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory, as training and onboarding support may be provided for successful candidates.
