Call Center Agents Needed – Customer Care Support (Remote) – Nigeria

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agents based in Nigeria to join our remote customer care support team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers through phone calls, email, and live chat while ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving inquiries and complaints, processing requests, updating customer records, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Candidates will be expected to maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy during every customer interaction. The ideal applicant should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency. Experience using CRM systems, customer support tools, and call center software is an advantage. This is a fully remote position with flexible shift schedules available, including day, evening, and weekend shifts depending on operational requirements. Previous experience in customer service, customer care, or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory, as training and onboarding support may be provided for successful candidates based in Nigeria.
