Responsibilities include managing the content calendar, uploading and scheduling videos, optimizing titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists for improved visibility and performance. The role also involves monitoring analytics, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with video editors and content creators, and implementing strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and viewer retention. Candidates should have strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, content strategy, audience development, and YouTube Analytics. Experience with thumbnail design, keyword research, monetization strategies, and community management is highly desirable. The ideal applicant should possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and a data-driven approach to channel growth. Previous experience managing YouTube channels, digital marketing campaigns, or online communities is highly preferred.
