Copy Typing Specialist (Remote)

As a Copy Typing Specialist, you will be responsible for converting handwritten notes, scanned documents, PDFs, images, and other source materials into well-formatted digital documents while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Your responsibilities will include typing and formatting documents, proofreading completed work, correcting spelling and grammatical errors where appropriate, organizing digital files, and ensuring all information is entered accurately. You will also maintain document confidentiality, meet assigned deadlines, and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Experience with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other office productivity software is highly desirable. The ideal candidate has excellent keyboard skills, strong command of written English, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Previous experience in copy typing, data entry, transcription, or administrative support is an advantage but is not required, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
