You’ll be joining me as the first line of contact for our customers, responding promptly through chat, email and the occasional call while working entirely from your own location. Clear, friendly communication is essential because I rely on real-time updates as tickets move from “new” to “resolved.”
Alongside support, I’ll ask you to draft short marketing materials—think product spotlights, quick promos, or reactive social snippets. The exact channel is flexible; in fact, as the brief states, “Candidates would go by their daily routine,” so if you’re more comfortable writing for social media, email blasts, or a landing-page banner, we’ll lean into your strengths.
Tools we already use include Zendesk, Slack, and Google Workspace; if you have experience with similar platforms, you’ll feel at home quickly.
Deliverables
• Same-day responses to all assigned support tickets
• Two to three concise marketing pieces per week, tailored to the channel you choose
• A short weekly report summarising ticket metrics and content produced
